Why? is the first question to ask when doing social media for business. My job is to work with you to develop a strategy with clear, measurable objectives, leaving you with an action plan to achieve your goals.

Social media policy – staff training
Social media is now a fixture in most of our home and work lives, but its use can cause unforeseen problems that can result in disciplinary hearings, dismissals, and expensive employment tribunals.
Getting a workable social media policy in place can avoid this unnecessary hassle and expense by setting usage guidelines for what is and is not acceptable. But a policy alone does not stop intelligent people doing daft things, therefore we recommend all staff are provided with training that makes your policy relevant and understandable.

One to one coaching
For people that prefer one on one training. This will leave you with a strategy and the skills to find and engage with your target audience on your chosen platform.
Coaching packages – This is the ideal option for an organisation’s social media manager. Many organisations do not have the skills in-house to provide the support and supervision needed by their social media manager, leaving the person in this role isolated with no-one to bounce ideas around. I provide monthly sessions, via skype or face to face, to create a plan that works for the organisation and provide support, guidance, a sounding board and accountability.
I deliver small-group workshops via training providers in the north west. These workshops are specifically designed to support smaller organisations who are just getting started with their digital marketing, or who are feeling stuck. As the number of attendees is strictly limited, everyone gets attention and the chance to learn in a small group environment.
