Do you have a shelf full of very professional policies?
I am regularly hearing organisations asking for a social media policy to be drawn up. It’s obviously really important to have policy on important issues, but what do you do then? If your staff don’t actually understand your policy then it’s just a waste of time, paper and money.
If the policy is important enough to be written then surely it must be worth training your staff so that they understand it too?
